Ensemble + OS X 10.6.2 + Logic 9 Glitch **** !!!

Logic 9.0.1 and it is buggy as all ****  I was getting frustrated with 8 but this is absurd. I grab a beer come back and hit play to get a half tempo glitchy sounding pile of trash. This happens all of the time. Sometimes it even changes pitch as if it for some reason is changing sample rates on me. I'm using an Ensemble which should work flawlessly since Apple partnered with Apogee for this product, but man does it mess up. I also get my audio dropping out entirely. A nice pop in the audio chain and my Ensemble red lines and goes out completely. But, the newest of all of bugs is the automation. A simple fade on a mix knob and it jumps around as if its quantized to 1/4 notes. What the ****. I also had the top menu bar disappear on me earlier today. I only saw the finder and no matter where I clicked I could never get Logics menu to show. This is unacceptable. I wish they would fix the old bugs and give us a fully working version before handicapping us this way. This really ***** !! The simple solution is to re-enable Core Audio. I never had this problem with logic 8 but if you work at 96k be prepared to re-enable Core Audio between songs.
