    updated to 10.6.3 and solved it by adding their device IDs to the info.plist in ati4800controller.kext.



    For instance, if it is 4890 and GPUs Device ID is 9460, change from: <string>0x94401002 0x944a1002</string> to <string>0x94401002 0x944a1002 0x94601002</string> last



    #sudo touch /S/L/E/ATI4800Controller.kext
